Case Manager
Job Description
Impact BPO is seeking a Case Manager to manage a full caseload of personal injury files from intake to resolution. You will maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries professionally. You will coordinate medical treatment, request records and bills, and liaise with attorneys, insurance companies, and other parties. The Case Manager will also monitor deadlines, update case notes, assist with demand packages, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or similar role. 2. Comprehensive knowledge of personal injury processes and terminology. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 4. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases. 5. Proficiency in legal case management software and CRMs. 6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 7. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
