Job Description

Join our team as a Candidate and Talent Manager, where you'll support the Director in daily recruitment activities. You'll prioritize tasks, handle follow-ups, and maintain candidate workflows with accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities include conducting pre-screens, managing candidate processes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining regular communication. You'll also prepare candidate summaries, reformat CVs, track candidate status, and ensure compliance. Assist with database searches and job ads as needed.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or candidate coordination. 2. Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS). 3. Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools. 4. Comfortable working directly with a business owner. 5. Strong written and spoken English. 6. Confident conducting video interviews. 7. Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented. 8. Able to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting. 9.
