Candidate Sourcer
Job Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Candidate Sourcer to support US-based recruiting efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, and ContactOut to identify potential candidates. * Conducting 10-15 phone/Zoom interviews on a daily basis. * Initiating contact with candidates to present job opportunities and assess their suitability. * Cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with candidates. * Managing pipelines, scheduling, and ensuring timely follow-ups. * Maintaining precise records within the CRM/ATS system.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following: 1. Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or administrative support. 2. Fluent English proficiency (both spoken and written) with comfort in phone conversations. 3. Experience with cold calling and candidate outreach. 4. A professional and active LinkedIn profile. 5. Strong communication and organizational capabilities. 6. Proficiency in using Zoom/video interviews. 7. Detail-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and accountability. 8. Full-time availability during US hours, with occasional weekend work required.
