Job Description

As the Campaign Operations Manager, you will: Lead comprehensive project management for integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Coordinate efforts across paid advertising, email marketing, and social media platforms to deliver a unified and impactful brand experience. Collaborate with internal design teams and external agencies to develop a creative production engine that drives engagement and brand consistency. Optimize workflows to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality assets, while adhering to budget constraints and upholding brand standards. Analyze team capacity and production speed to proactively identify and address resource bottlenecks, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Maintain complete visibility into the marketing pipeline, effectively managing campaign operations to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience. 2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Campaign Management. 3. Familiarity with project management platforms such as Workfront. 4. Proficiency in using Marketing Automation platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, Adobe Marketo Engage, or Customer.io.
