Call Center Associate

Job Description

Engage in outbound calls to both existing and potential Entel customers, focusing on facilitating mobile portability. Promote new lines and additional services to drive sales and expand customer base.

Qualifications

1. Completed secondary education. 2. Ability to work 100% remotely. 3. Possess the necessary tools for remote work: a stable wired internet connection (50 Mbps), a laptop or computer with an Intel Core i3 processor (6th generation or later), Ryzen 3 or AMD8, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10 or 11, a solid-state drive, a headset, and a webcam. 4. Basic computer skills. 5. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
