Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent. 2. Must be at least 18 years old. 3. Must be authorized to work in the United States. 4. Must be a U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI). 5. Ability to adhere to detailed processes and meet performance standards. 6. Strong communication and active listening skills. 7. Comfort in navigating computer applications and web-based tools. 8. Ability to work independently and maintain schedule accountability. 9. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous.
