Business Systems Engineer

Job Description

Become a Business Systems Engineer! We are looking for someone to streamline how our entire suite of business systems work together, translating business problems into technical blueprints across business tools. This person will leverage technology to streamline the quote to cash process, guiding and elevating team members on Salesforce best practices and AI development. They will also ensure the integrity of critical components like Quote-to-Cash, acting as the final gatekeeper for team builds ensuring all code is secure and follows standards. This role will also utilize AI tools to maintain high test coverage and ensure resilience of custom-built integrations and logic.

Qualifications

1. Experience managing and scaling business systems, with a preference for growth-oriented environments. 2. Proven ability to apply systems thinking to complex problems. 3. Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and platform management. 4. A self-starter who is 'platform-agnostic' and capable of quickly learning and managing new systems as the business scales. 5. Netsuite experience is a plus.
