Business Systems Analyst – Lead

Job Description

As a Business Systems Analyst Lead, you will: Manage a team of analysts focused on analyzing new business system development and improving existing systems. Allocate analysis team resources and monitor deliverables to ensure client needs are successfully met in a timely manner. Design, implement, and support business intelligence solutions. Provide expertise and project support for functional and technical processes related to all financial tools and processes. Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Perform functionality and system testing to simulate end-user experience.

Qualifications

1. Possess 5 years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 2. Have 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience. 3. Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 4. Be familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the insurance sector. 5. Understand relational database and client-server concepts.
