Job Description
Seeking a Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Guidewire to serve as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams. Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications. The role involves close collaboration with underwriting, product, and operations teams to configure and support PolicyCenter functionalities. Facilitating workshops and backlog refinement sessions will be essential, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards. The Analyst will partner with developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver effective insurance policy administration solutions.
Qualifications
1. Solid understanding of Property & Casualty insurance processes. 2. Practical experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter configurations. 3. Proven abilities in requirements gathering and documentation. 4. Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies. 5. Excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills. 6. A current Guidewire Analyst ACE certification is a must.
