Business Solutions Developer II

Job Description

Seeking a Business Solutions Developer II to design, build, and deploy technology solutions that address critical business challenges. You will gather requirements, conduct research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution development from concept to launch. The role involves active participation in design, development, testing, and maintenance, writing code for software programs and applications, and performing complex analysis to identify optimal solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining communication with stakeholders, collaborating on solution strategy, and conducting code reviews to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective product solutions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field or a related area. 3. Completion of a technical training program may substitute for a bachelor’s degree. 4. Healthcare experience is advantageous. 5. Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. 6. Strong SQL skills and experience in Web/Windows frameworks development. 7. Experience with SQL, SSIS, or SSRS.
