Business Sales Manager
Job Description
Join O-I as a Business Sales Manager and drive strategic account growth. Manage pricing, contracts, and customer relationships. Monitor financial performance and market trends. Identify opportunities for business development and product conversion to glass packaging. Provide customer feedback to product management and marketing teams. Acquire and retain new customers through prospecting and qualifying leads.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a comparable role. 3. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and SAP. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 6. Good verbal and written communication skills. 7. Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
