Business Process Leader, Outsourcing

Job Description

Join Marsh McLennan Agency as a Business Process Leader and play a crucial role in optimizing our outsourcing operations. This position involves participating in the creation and testing of workflows, systems, reporting, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness within the framework of MMA's standard operating procedures and the enterprise Epic system. Key responsibilities include mapping and improving processes for scalability, defining service delivery models, establishing KPIs and SLAs, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. You will design, standardize, and optimize core business processes to enable effective outsourcing execution. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors will be essential to ensure a seamless transition, governance, and performance of outsourced operations. Additionally, you will document and maintain procedures and other business process artifacts for training and ongoing reference, while also working with regional training resources to identify knowledge gaps and support successful onboarding and training needs.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Outsourcing/accounting within the insurance industry. 2. Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 3. Strong knowledge of agency management systems (CRM, AMS, LMS, etc.), such as Applied Epic, Sagitta, BenefitPoint, AMS360. 4. A knack for process improvement, specifically refining the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of various workflows and procedures by deploying best practices. 5. Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrated successful follow through on deliverables. 6. Demonstrated experience in effectively working with and presenting to a wide range of cross-functional work teams and leaders with multiple skill levels.
