Job Description

Spearhead the complete implementation of AI tools across brokerage workflows. Pinpoint and prioritize high-impact use cases such as submissions intake, quoting, policy servicing, and data extraction. Transform business processes to fully incorporate AI and automation. Collaborate closely with IT, data, and vendor teams to ensure smooth integration with core systems including CRM and policy administration. Lead change management initiatives, training programs, and user adoption strategies across business teams. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure impact, focusing on productivity, turnaround time, accuracy, and revenue uplift. Guarantee strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, data privacy protocols, and risk management standards.

Qualifications

1. Possess 7+ years of experience in insurance brokerage, operations, or process transformation. 2. Demonstrate proven experience in deploying AI/automation tools in business environments. 3. Exhibit a strong understanding of brokerage workflows and systems (CRM, AMS, underwriting processes). 4. Possess the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions. 5. Display excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
