Business Process Excellence Analyst
Job Description
As a Business Process Excellence Analyst, you will: * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to pinpoint, record, and assess business processes. * Work together with different departments to create cross-team processes for executing business strategies. * Develop process diagram maps, craft process procedural text documents, and create end-user training materials. * Spearhead initiatives for current-state process documentation and analysis, pinpointing necessities, inputs, outputs, resources, and tasks. * Put into action process enhancements and new process designs alongside stakeholders to boost efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. * Determine system and workflow infrastructure changes needed to carry out new processes. * Offer assistance in change management to introduce new processes and provide process training to internal teams. * Give stakeholders project status updates, feedback, and reporting, and engage them in process documentation, improvement, and development. * Offer continuous administrative support for the Process Library, enforcing governance policies and recording process best practices. * Aid Process Owners in establishing process performance criteria and setting up regular monitoring and measurement approaches. * Seek chances to improve personal and team knowledge and skills, keeping an eye on software releases and exploring new frameworks and methodologies.
Qualifications
1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in business process analysis, improvement, and/or project management is a must. 2. Must be proficient in process mapping and diagramming tools. 3. Experience in creating informational/instructional documentation using tools like PowerPoint, Confluence, or Word is essential. 4. Strong analytical skills are required to gather, study, and interpret complex data and analyze business processes. 5. Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. 6. Knowledge of Process Management and Improvement frameworks is required. 7. Demonstrated strong time management skills are crucial for meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
