Business Development Representative
Job Description
Engage with potential clients through online social media platforms. Navigate corporate structures to identify key buyers and decision-makers. Schedule introductory calls with qualified leads. Manage, track, and report daily prospecting and lead generation activities to the Business Development Manager. Proactively forward leads to appropriate sales areas when opportunities arise.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in lead generation and appointment setting via LinkedIn and cold emails. 2. Background in marketing technologies is advantageous. 3. Proficiency in creating and personalizing scripts and cadences. 4. Fluency in English with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. 5. Ability to handle objections and rejection effectively while maintaining a personable demeanor. 6. Positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching. 7. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude. 8. Proficiency in online internet research and experience with online networking sites.
