Job Description

Q-Centrix is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive pipeline development through proactive outbound calling. This role focuses on identifying and engaging target accounts to expand service lines within the MROs Curation market. Responsibilities include executing outbound prospecting activities, responding to inbound leads, and conducting initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs. The ideal candidate will qualify leads, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective handoff of qualified opportunities. Performance tracking and adherence to internal policies are also key components of this role. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and performance.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. 2. 2–4 years of experience in business development or healthcare sales is a plus. 3. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential. 4. Comfortable with high-volume outreach and managing multiple priorities. 5. Experience using CRM and Marketing systems is required. 6. Proven hunting skills with the ability to proactively identify and engage new provider prospects. 7. Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. 8. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team. 9. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
