Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, your primary focus will be identifying, qualifying, and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to strategize and execute effective expansion plans. A key aspect of your role involves developing a deep understanding of how customers currently utilize Synera, the challenges they encounter, and identifying opportunities where additional AI agents, features, or modules can deliver significant value. You will need to articulate the benefits of new features, modules, and use cases, emphasizing customer outcomes and measurable business impact. Your responsibilities will include building and managing your own expansion pipeline from opportunity identification to deal closure. Furthermore, you will proactively share insights from customer interactions with the product and GTM teams, contributing to the development of future features, use cases, and positioning.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in outbound sales within a B2B SaaS environment. 2. Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, are essential. 3. Proficiency in a European language such as French, Dutch, or Swedish is advantageous, and additional language skills are welcomed. 4. A consistent history of exceeding quota over multiple quarters. 5. Ability to effectively present complex technical solutions (experience with AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation is a plus). 6. Comfortable with handling rejection, adapting quickly, and maintaining a growth-oriented mindset with resilience. 7. Familiarity with CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting, such as Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, and Aircall. 8. Passion for identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
