Job Description
Seeking a Business Development Representative to identify and engage potential clients in the DACH region's security sales market. Utilize lead generation techniques including cold outreach, email campaigns, social media engagement, and industry event participation. Conduct thorough research to understand client security needs and decision-making processes. Achieve lead generation targets, qualify prospects based on business requirements, and align them with our security solutions. Schedule meetings for the sales team, collaborate on targeted strategies, and maintain CRM records. Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback for product refinement.
Qualifications
1. Located in the UK or Germany. 2. Proficiency in German language (essential). 3. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. 4. 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development within the cloud native, cybersecurity, or DevOps industry. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients. 6. Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot CRM or Salesforce. 7. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 8. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 9. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. 10. Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, products, and services is a plus.
