Business Development, Nuclear/Data Center

Job Description

VSP Technologies is looking for a Business Development professional to develop and implement strategies targeting the nuclear power generation and data center sectors. This role involves identifying and securing new clients within the designated region, contributing to national contract efforts, and staying informed about industry trends and regulatory changes. You will also coordinate customer training, lead high-level engagements with key stakeholders, and identify opportunities for VSP's engineered solutions. Collaboration with engineering teams, budget management, KPI tracking, and Salesforce utilization are essential. Effective teamwork and documentation of customer savings are also key responsibilities. Managing a sales team and documenting regional customer cost savings resulting from our services is also included.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field or equivalent experience. 2. Advanced Salesforce knowledge and proficiency. 3. Experience in customer service, support, and sales, preferably within the nuclear sector. 4. Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales position is preferred. 5. Industrial experience is preferred.
