Business Development Manager
Job Description
Focus on building and scaling SyncVR Medical in the United States, beginning in Houston, Texas. You will generate new revenue by identifying, approaching, and securing partnerships with hospital systems, IDNs, and strategic partners, initially focusing on pediatrics and the Texas Medical Center ecosystem. Take charge of outbound business development efforts across Houston and broader Texas, managing the complete sales funnel from prospecting to deal closure. Successfully navigate complex, multi-stakeholder hospital sales cycles, steering deals to completion. Position SyncVR Medical’s XR platform as a clinical and financial value driver by crafting compelling business cases and executive-level proposals. Influence the creation of the US organization, contributing to hiring plans, sales structure, and go-to-market strategies as the US business expands. You'll play a pivotal role in scaling the US market, with the potential to advance into a Head of Sales / VP USA position.
Qualifications
1. Proven Medical Sales Hunter: Possess 5–10 years of experience in medical sales (HealthTech or Medical Devices), with a proven track record in closing new business and developing pipeline from the beginning. 2. US Healthcare Expertise: Exhibit a solid understanding of hospital procurement and decision-making processes. An existing network within Texas (especially the Texas Medical Center) is highly desirable. 3. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrate comfort operating autonomously, taking ownership, and building a market from inception. 4. Strategic & Hands-On: Capable of engaging C-level stakeholders while actively driving outbound initiatives and deal execution. 5. Ambition to Grow: Be motivated to build, scale, and assume future leadership responsibilities.
