Job Description

Seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth through proactive sales and relationship management. This role involves hunting for new business via self-sourced and company-provided leads, conducting consultations to understand client needs, and tailoring digital marketing solutions. Responsibilities include closing deals, nurturing client relationships for up to 12 months post-sale, and conducting data analysis to identify growth opportunities and boost client ROI for long-term success.

Qualifications

1. Proven success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales). 2. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. 3. Resilience and a positive outlook. 4. Excellent presentation skills. 5. Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable). 6. A full UK driving license (max 6 points).
