Job Description

The Business Development Manager will drive expansion within the MENA region. Responsibilities include: Analyzing market trends to discover potential clients and opportunities. Building and nurturing enduring relationships with clients and partners to fuel growth. Developing and executing strategic plans to enter new markets and boost revenue. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align business development with company objectives. Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners to ensure profitable outcomes. Tracking and reporting business development performance to senior management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess: 1. 4–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the MENA region. 2. Essential experience in the Forex industry. 3. A strong, existing client portfolio. 4. Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
