Job Description
Join Level Workforce as a Business Development Manager and spearhead our outbound prospecting efforts. This role involves cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets. Lead and mentor a team of BDRs, refining strategies using HubSpot CRM and automation tools. Identify client needs, align solutions, and build strong pipelines. Partner with SMEs to advance deals and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Stay informed on industry trends to improve outreach effectiveness. Participate in industry events to generate leads and expand market presence.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) role. 2. Experience in the construction industry. 3. AI and prompt usage fluency. 4. Experience with internal team relationship building for qualified deal hand-off. 5. Experience with pipeline build activities across different business units. 6. Experience using CRM platforms, along with Microsoft Office tools. 7. HubSpot experience required. 8. Track record of prospecting cadence execution. 9. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor. 10. Previous experience managing/building a team required. 11. Strong communication skills. 12. Highly organized and self-motivated.
