Drive business growth in the US market for a leading event agency. Identify and convert new client opportunities, building your client network to generate qualified leads. Position our company as a strategic partner for brand events and experiential marketing, promoting our capabilities through meetings and industry networking. Stay ahead of market trends, monitor competitors, and ensure our commercial relevance. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client experiences from pitch to delivery.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years of commercial experience within an event management company. 2. Established network of clients for new business opportunities. 3. Willingness to travel across North America. 4. Strong ability to build relationships at senior levels. 5. Commercially sharp with a strategic mindset. 6. Strong communicator and storyteller. 7. Autonomous and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. 8. Fluent in spoken and written English.
