Job Description
Ebro Ingredients is seeking a Business Development Manager to boost sales in France. Responsibilities include: - Driving sales initiatives in the French market. - Managing and nurturing client relationships. - Diligently monitoring client contracts and making necessary adjustments. - Identifying and converting new business opportunities within your client portfolio. - Building strong, long-term relationships with clients. - Prospecting new business opportunities and converting them into tangible results. - Participating in international trade fairs and staying abreast of market and product developments. - Collaborating closely with the sales department, customer service, and R&D teams. - Reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: 1. A minimum of 5 years of international commercial experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the food industry. 2. A Master's or HBO degree in Food Technology, Bio- or Industrial Engineer Chemical Technology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry. 3. Excellent knowledge of both French and English is essential. 4. A natural team-building aptitude. 5. A self-starting attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
