Business Development Manager, Direct Sales
Job Description
Drive direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products, targeting various funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, etc.), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, addressing their needs with tailored solutions. Lead and manage deals independently, coordinating with product, legal, and research departments. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract closure and payment collection.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, especially in tech or finance. 2. Proven track record of closing deals of $1 million+ USD. 3. Comfortable with cold outreach to C-level executives, achieving successful outcomes. 4. Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese. 5. Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and technologies. 6. Highly self-organized and disciplined. 7. Ability to maintain a high work tempo.
