Business Development Manager – Commercial Construction
Job Description
Drive strategic growth as a Business Development Manager at Nexii, focusing on large commercial clients and Fortune 500 companies. Build executive-level relationships, secure new business through RFPs and partnerships, and lead high-level negotiations for national account agreements. Act as a senior advisor on major construction projects, aligning Nexii's solutions with client needs. Monitor industry trends, implement relationship programs, and deliver insightful reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project excellence and provide leadership and mentorship within the team.
Qualifications
1. 10+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships within the construction or building materials industry 2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials procurement, and sustainable building practices 3. Familiarity with sustainable building technologies and frameworks (e.g., LEED) 4. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets 5. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills 6. Demonstrated success closing large-scale deals with Fortune 500 companies and major commercial developers.
