Job Description

Join Interprefy as a Business Development Manager and drive growth in the APAC region. You will: - Cultivate strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders. - Showcase Interprefy’s innovative multilingual technology solutions through presentations and demos. - Conduct tailored sales discussions to address client needs and industry challenges. - Ensure seamless transitions to delivery teams post-sale for optimal client satisfaction. - Oversee the complete sales process, from initial lead generation to closing deals. - Maintain precise pipeline tracking and opportunity management within CRM systems. - Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success teams to guarantee service alignment. - Proactively identify, target, and engage with global corporate clients in critical markets. - Generate new leads through strategic outbound prospecting, networking, and teamwork with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing. - Develop and implement customized outreach approaches. - Expand existing accounts by identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Keep CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) accurate and current. - Monitor sales performance, pipeline advancement, and forecasting accuracy. - Share market insights and client feedback to inform strategic decisions. - Partner with Marketing on campaign development and lead generation. - Work alongside Customer Success to foster long-term client loyalty and growth. - Contribute to the enhancement of sales processes, messaging, and market entry strategies.

Qualifications

To excel in this Business Development Manager role, you'll need: 1. 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise account management. 2. A demonstrated history of closing significant deals, preferably with global organizations. 3. Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers. 4. Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). 5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English (C1+). 6. Strong skills in negotiation and overcoming objections. 7. A highly motivated, organized approach, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. 8. A proactive, results-oriented mindset focused on securing new business. 9. A background in IT, SaaS, Events, or Language Services (LSP) industries is a significant advantage. 10. Experience selling technology-driven or service-based solutions. 11. Additional language skills beyond English, particularly Mandarin, are preferred.
