Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to fuel growth across the home care and healthcare sectors. This role involves attending industry events, engaging with healthcare decision-makers, and converting leads into demos. Key responsibilities include: * Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent our company. * Engaging with healthcare owners, operators, and key decision-makers to understand their needs. * Generating and qualifying leads, effectively converting them into scheduled product demonstrations. * Conducting proactive outreach before and after events to cultivate a robust sales pipeline. * Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with healthcare organizations and strategic partners. * Conducting site visits and participating in in-person meetings as needed to advance business opportunities. * Supporting and coordinating webinars, lunch & learn sessions, and other educational initiatives to promote our solutions. * Meticulously tracking all business development activities in our CRM system and maintaining accurate records. * Executing consistent and timely follow-up strategies to nurture leads and close deals.
Qualifications
We seek a motivated Business Development Coordinator with: 1. 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or other client-facing roles within the healthcare industry. 2. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate our value proposition clearly. 3. Prior experience with networking events, outreach initiatives, or related promotional activities is highly preferred. 4. Excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to follow-up discipline. 5. Comfort and proficiency using CRM systems to manage leads and track progress. 6. Willingness to travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with clients.
