Job Description
As a Business Development Associate, you will: - Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers like Walmart, Sam's Club, and Target through consistent sales calls, on-site visits, and impactful product presentations. - Execute and enhance in-store promotions to significantly boost brand visibility and product sales. - Leverage your expertise in Synear's diverse product range and optimize shelving strategies for retailers to attract increased customer traffic. - Proactively identify and propose innovative business expansion opportunities to management. - Participate actively in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales meetings, as well as any required training programs. - Efficiently handle reimbursement requests and various administrative tasks as necessary. - Undertake additional responsibilities as directed.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you'll need: 1. A bachelor's degree. 2. A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the food industry. 3. Solid understanding of sales processes across different customer segments, including retailers, wholesalers, and food service providers. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities. 5. Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills for a fast-paced work environment. 6. Flexibility and readiness to travel about 50% of the time within the designated sales area. 7. A valid driver's license with a spotless driving record. 8. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is highly advantageous. 9. Competence in Google Apps and the MS Office Suite.
