Job Description
Join our team as a Business Development Associate and cultivate strong relationships with key clients such as Walmart, Sam's Club, and Target. Responsibilities include regular sales calls, on-site visits, and presenting new product offerings. You'll play a crucial role in implementing in-store promotions to boost brand visibility and product sales, leveraging your expertise in Synear's product range and optimizing shelving displays to attract more customer traffic. Additionally, you'll identify and propose innovative business growth opportunities to management, participate in sales meetings and training sessions, handle reimbursement requests, and tackle other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree required. 2. A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the food industry is essential. 3. Must possess a solid understanding of sales cycles related to various customer types (retailers, wholesalers, food services, etc.). 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial. 5. Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. 6. Must be willing and able to travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned sales territory. 7. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory. 8. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred. 9. Proficiency in Google Apps and MS Office Suite is required.
