MetaSource is looking for a Business Development and Demand Generation Associate to drive sales pipeline. Key responsibilities include: - Identifying target markets and developing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). - Generating lists of target companies and contacts. - Executing personalized email and social media outreach campaigns. - Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing lead lists. - Conducting high-volume phone outreach and tracking lead engagement. - Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign strategies. - Meeting daily activity goals for messages, calls, and new social contacts. - Utilizing automation tools to maximize productivity and tech-enabled outreach. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. Educational background in business, marketing, communications, or related field (preferred). 2. Past sales, outreach, or club leadership experience (a plus). 3. Strong writing and communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and online platforms. 5.
