Business Developer
Job Description
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within middle-sized companies (50-500 employees) and large accounts (500+ employees) in The Netherlands. Use your network to connect with decision-makers in marketing, sales, and business intelligence. Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and showcase Inoopa's solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. Forge strategic partnerships with resellers, agencies, and service providers. Achieve quarterly sales targets for customer acquisition and revenue. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at target accounts. Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts. Collaborate with the delivery team for smooth onboarding and client success. Gather market insights and customer feedback to shape product development. Represent Inoopa at industry events and business forums. Participate in strategic meetings with prospects and partners. Contribute to marketing initiatives through co-marketing and case studies.
Qualifications
1. Established network in the business community, especially within middle-market and enterprise companies. 2. Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management (minimum 5 years). 3. Experience selling SaaS, data solutions, marketing technology, or enterprise software is a plus. 4. Consultative selling approach with the ability to understand complex business needs. 5. Experience with solution selling and value-based sales methodologies. 6. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. 7. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently. 8. Familiarity with CRM systems (TeamLeader, HubSpot, or similar).
