Job Description

Join Trescal and drive market share growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business opportunities in Eastern Germany. This role involves active market research, identifying opportunities at trade shows, and managing a structured pipeline. You'll qualify customer requirements, coordinate with internal teams for technical input, and prepare commercial proposals. Your expertise will ensure customer satisfaction during onboarding, with a smooth handover to Account Management or Inside Sales. Become a key player in expanding Trescal's presence in the region.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent. 2. Several years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within industry. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 4. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. 5. Willingness to travel regularly within Eastern Germany.
