Business Banking Customer Operations Advisor
Job Description
Become a Customer Operations Advisor and provide exceptional support via calls, chat, and email. Manage Card Acquiring inquiries, including chargebacks, disputes, and terminal issues. Act as the primary expert, taking ownership from beginning to end. Collaborate closely with external providers like Adyen. Support businesses during difficult situations such as insolvency and transitions. Assist in onboarding new team members and enhancing data integrity by identifying trends and improving processes.
Qualifications
1. Experience in Card Acquiring / merchant services. 2. Experience working with card acquiring providers. 3. Understanding of merchant lifecycles (onboarding to offboarding).
