Business Analyst, Sales Operations
Job Description
Join Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Data-driven Reporting & Analytics Analyst. Develop and manage dashboards and scorecards to track sales performance, pipeline status, and key operational indicators. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to understand their needs and create relevant reporting solutions. Own the entire reporting process from gathering requirements to data modeling, visualization, and stakeholder support. Conduct in-depth analyses to find trends, issues, and opportunities in sales processes and performance. Ensure data accuracy across all reporting platforms. Support business reviews, forecasting, and planning with data-driven insights. Automate reporting using Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL. Work with IT and data teams to improve data pipelines. Use data to inform business planning and drive strategic investment decisions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role. 3. Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (Salesforce). 4. Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL or similar data querying languages. 5. Experience with forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales performance metrics. 6. Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders. 7. Attention to detail and a passion for solving complex problems using data. 8. Preferred Skills: Experience in a fast-growing tech or SaaS environment.
