Business Analyst – Revenue Operations

Job Description

Understand the complexities of the Revenue Cycle and lead projects impacting the organization's financial health. Craft and maintain detailed project plans, setting challenging goals. Evaluate impacts on Yield, Bad Debt, and project ROI, offering comprehensive solution analysis. Engage in project updates with executives and stakeholders. Monitor team outcomes through data analytics, trend analysis, and root cause analysis. Develop and initiate process improvements. Facilitate project team progress through data-driven insights. Regularly engage with business partners, providing high-level updates and results. Conduct ad hoc data analytics and deep-dive requests.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience (new or recent graduates with project experience considered). 3. Project Management Experience preferred. 4. Proven success in an autonomous environment. 5. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. 6. Experience in data analysis and/or process innovation. 7. Strong ability to create executive-level materials. 8. Demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses. 9. Technical and/or statistical understanding (Netezza, PL/SQL, Tableau, Oracle, AI, Python, SPSS, etc.).
