Business Analyst, Product Owner, fluent in German

Job Description

Engage in comprehensive business analysis, collaborating closely with client stakeholders and the development team. Analyze, refine, and meticulously document user and system requirements. Maintain clear and effective communication with both clients and internal stakeholders. Lead impactful workshops and facilitate the decision-making process. Execute software testing, conduct user training sessions, address 3rd-level support inquiries, and diligently maintain documentation. Actively participate in project management and reporting activities.

Qualifications

1. A University Degree, preferably in Computer Science, a scientific area, or economics. 2. Must be motivated, analytical, communicative, and results-oriented. 3. Experience in requirement engineering, software testing, support, and/or software development. 4. Knowledge of UML, XML / XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is considered an asset. 5. Fluency in German (C1+).
