Business Analyst – Platform, Orchestration

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders in gathering and documenting business and platform requirements, translating them into functional specifications. Responsibilities include analyzing and supporting platform components, such as orchestration flows, policies, and catalog management. This role will act as a liaison between business, product, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication. Key duties involve supporting workflow orchestration and low-code platform configurations, aiding in defining and maintaining RBAC (role-based access control) models and policies, and contributing to policy definition and decision layer logic. The Business Analyst will ensure solutions comply with regional and regulatory requirements, evaluate and improve platform usability and UX patterns, and participate in project planning, tracking, and delivery support. The role also includes developing test plans, coordinating UAT, validating platform functionality, and preparing and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

1. Requires 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis. 2. Must have hands-on or conceptual experience with low-code / no-code platforms and workflow configuration. 3. Understanding of policy engines and decision-making frameworks. 4. Basic knowledge of RBAC design and access management models. 5. Familiarity with workflow orchestration concepts and tools. 6. Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (regional/global). 7. Awareness of UX patterns and user-centric design principles. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 9. Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications. 10. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders. 11. Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments.
