Mindera is seeking a Business Analyst to transform complex ideas into clear, actionable requirements. This role involves working closely with the team daily to ensure the delivery of high-value items efficiently. Qualifications
1. Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. 2. Strong English proficiency is essential. 3. Approachable and easy to collaborate with, contributing to a positive team atmosphere. 4. Proven experience in requirement engineering for complex software projects. 5. Expertise in backlog management, supporting the refinement of user stories/tickets. 6. Experience working with Quality Engineers to define acceptance criteria and Designers to align functional requirements with user experience. 7. Ability to identify high-value items, ensuring the team focuses on priorities. 8. Proficiency with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello). 9. Analytical mindset to spot bottlenecks and suggest process improvements. 10. Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks. 11. Passion for continuous improvement and helping the team adopt leaner working methods. 12. Self-driven and comfortable navigating ambiguity with minimal supervision.
