Job Description

As a Business Analyst at Leidos, you'll play a pivotal role in the management and oversight of enterprise asset management and configuration activities related to software, hardware, systems, and their components. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and controlling enterprise asset management and configuration management activities. - Developing, maintaining, and enforcing a Configuration Management Plan. - Identifying, defining, and managing configuration items (CIs). - Maintaining version control for software code, documentation, and configurations. - Developing and maintaining accurate technical documentation. - Overseeing knowledge management activities within SharePoint. - Managing SharePoint access controls and governance processes. - Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize the use of contract knowledge assets. - Developing and managing disaster recovery planning for knowledge management systems. - Supporting process improvement initiatives. - Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To thrive in this Business Analyst role, you should have: 1. A Bachelor’s degree with four years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with two years of experience. 2. Understanding of service organization and call center operations in 24x7x365 environments. 3. Experience supporting a federal customer. 4. Experience supporting a government IT organization. 5. Strong knowledge of configuration management principles, standards, and best practices. 6. Familiarity with Salesforce and experience supporting process or workflow automation. 7. Experience managing documentation repositories and collaboration platforms like SharePoint. 8. Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. 9. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 10. U.S. citizenship and fluency in English. 11. Ability to pass criminal history and fingerprint background checks. 12. Ability to maintain suitability investigation and clearance. 13. Proficiency in navigating electronic systems and virtual service platforms.
