Business Administration Intern – European Sales Operations Support
Job Description
Support sales operations with administrative tasks, ensuring precision, adherence, and prompt completion of internal processes. Collaborate closely with Sales Account Managers and internal teams to aid in strategies for public tender responses and the creation of complete bid packages, in line with Agilent’s sales approach. Evaluate tender possibilities, emphasizing public procurement standards, timelines, and qualification requirements. Help create and oversee sales resources and platforms, adding to strategic business evaluations and data analysis. Offer support in contract management and asset monitoring. Work with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Inside Sales, while also taking part in European projects that are ad-hoc and cross-functional.
Qualifications
1. Currently studying Business Administration, Law, Languages or similar disciplines. 2. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. 3. A keen interest in sales support, administrative procedures, and public sector contracts. 4. Prior knowledge or experience in tender analysis and offer assessment is beneficial. 5. Familiarity with SAP and other corporate software is advantageous. 6. Must possess strong organizational capabilities, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a global environment.
