Business Account Manager – CPG

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Account Manager to develop and implement growth plans that align with our strategic goals. As a Business Account Manager, you will: - Direct Customer Managers to optimize annual and quarterly Client business plans. - Drive the Business Planning process in close collaboration with cross-functional business partners. - Analyze promotion, spending, and volume forecasts to improve key metrics. - Manage base volume forecasts, item distribution, promotional strategies, and innovation initiatives. - Participate in Customer Sales Calls with the Customer Manager Team, as needed. - Develop and deliver content for the CROSSMARK Business Review process. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 1. A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered as an alternative. 2. A minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in sales or marketing. 3. Experience calling on a major chain customer. 4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. 5. Working knowledge of Nielsen and syndicated data sources. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Must possess collaboration and influencing abilities. 8. The ability to communicate clearly, think strategically, and solve problems effectively. 9. Capable of prioritizing demands and fulfilling commitments. 10. Proficiency in English; bilingual skills may be required depending on business needs.
