Branch Manager

Job Description

Take charge of the branch's daily activities. Your core duties include managing performance, upholding service standards, nurturing your team, and ensuring financial success. Work in partnership with senior executives to define and implement strategic operational objectives. Lead the sales team daily, motivating them to meet targets and excel in their performance goals. Supervise the branch's workflow, adjusting operations as needed. Facilitate daily team huddles and conduct weekly branch meetings to boost team alignment and communication.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field is highly desirable. 2. Completion of formal leadership training. 3. Superior verbal and written communication abilities. 4. Adept at interpersonal interactions and conflict resolution. 5. Excellent organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail. 6. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. 7. Skilled at prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities. 8. Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. 9. Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. 10. Mastery of FieldHub. 11. Complete understanding of HubSpot.
