Blockchain Developer – Solidity, Rust

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity on EVM-compatible blockchains. You will build and maintain Rust-based blockchain modules, contributing to custom blockchain protocols and token standards. Responsibilities include writing secure, gas-optimized smart contracts, collaborating with frontend and backend teams for integration, and conducting code reviews and vulnerability assessments. You will analyze and improve the performance, security, and scalability of the Caiz blockchain, staying updated with the latest blockchain technologies.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in blockchain development with hands-on coding in Solidity and Rust. 2. Strong understanding of smart contract design, blockchain architecture, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms. 3. Experience developing and deploying smart contracts on Ethereum or similar EVM chains. 4. Proficiency in Rust for blockchain environments such as Substrate or Solana. 5. Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat, Truffle, and related tools. 6. Understanding of DeFi protocols, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, etc.), and layer-1/layer-2 ecosystems. 7. Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows. 8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code. 9. Understanding of Islamic finance or Sharia-compliant financial principles is a plus.
