We are looking for a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst fluent in Spanish to join our team. This role involves handling tickets and providing first-level support to users. The successful candidate will ensure prompt resolution of incidents and service requests. Key responsibilities include registering, triaging, monitoring, and escalating tickets while providing remote support in both Portuguese and Spanish. Qualifications
1. Fluent Spanish 2. Previous experience in Service Desk, Technical Support, or Help Desk environments. 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 4. Familiarity with user support and ticketing tools. 5. Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and basic hardware and software support.
