Job Description

Join our team as a Bilingual Patient Service Associate, where you'll be the first point of contact for patients needing to schedule radiology appointments. You will handle incoming calls and make outgoing calls to patients and physicians, ensuring seamless scheduling and pre-registration processes. Adhering to standardized protocols, you'll accurately gather and provide information, addressing customer needs with a focus on one-call resolution and exceptional service. Your responsibilities include entering data into computer systems, escalating complex issues to supervisors, and completing additional duties as assigned to support patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. 2. 6 months or more of medical or related training and/or experience. 3. Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment required. 4. Strong multi-tasking abilities, strong communication skills, ability to work well with physicians, patients, and coworkers. 5. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
