Job Description
Join Kooth as a Bilingual Mental Health Support Practitioner! Help individuals set achievable goals to track success and drive behavioral change. Provide behavioral health care to children and youth. Offer wellness promotion and structured coaching. Coordinate care and manage cases. Develop tailored care plans for positive behavioral changes. Assess and mitigate risks. Enhance positive mental health and minimize problems. Collaborate with users to identify challenges and create wellness plans. Apply user-centered design for enhanced user experiences. Conduct mental health screenings and monitor progress. Identify at-risk users and provide crisis support. Moderate user-submitted content and thrive in a dynamic environment. Attend clinical supervision and commit to professional development. Maintain accurate records and liaise with professionals on safeguarding.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in mental health (e.g., Psychology, Social Work). 2. Master's degree in mental health (unlicensed). 3. National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist certification. 4. National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor certification. 5. Community Health Worker certification. 6. Must reside within the contiguous US 48 states. 7. Six months of crisis work experience or volunteer experience in crisis support. 8. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
