We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Personal Injury Intake Specialist to be the initial contact for potential clients. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional client service and gathering essential case information. The specialist will conduct screenings to assess case eligibility, document details in the CRM, and explain the intake process. Responsibilities include scheduling consultations, securing agreements, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with legal staff. Success is measured by meeting or exceeding daily/weekly intake metrics. The specialist will show understanding with clients during all interactions.

Qualifications

1. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English). 2. Must be highly organized and compassionate. 3. Must be detail-oriented. 4. Experience in handling high-volume inbound and outbound communications is required.
