Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative

Canada – Remote Full-time$40k - $45k /year

Job Description

Provide support and service to members across Canada. Effectively solve problems and positively contribute to a team environment. Deliver the highest level of customer service possible. Participate in training and work flexible shifts (Monday-Friday).

Qualifications

1. High school diploma required; post-secondary or equivalent experience. 2. 2+ years with Contact Centre experience preferred. 3. Strong attention to detail in a dynamic environment. 4. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 5. Strong technical aptitude – ability to navigate multiple applications while supporting callers. 6. Language skills: Fluently Bilingual (English & French) written and spoken is required.
